10th International Day of Women and Girls in Science
 | On the 11th of February, 2025, we celebrated the 10th International Day of Women and Girls in Science (IDWGS) and the 30th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, two significant milestones in the global effort to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment. At EPNOE, 5 out of the 7 Executive Board Members are women. In our Junior Group, 5 out of the 6 Junior Representatives are again women. Since 2023, professor dr. Guang Yang is the EPNOE ambassadress in China (Huazhong University of Science and Technology). |
